Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the intimate and fantasy ranges on this website.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with hygiene seals intact. See our delivery and returns page for the full process.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order except where the law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
