Your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number where provided, order history and account preferences. Payment card details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored by us.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, provide customer care, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — to send you marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account or any email footer.
Legal basis
Contract performance for order fulfilment, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service improvement, and consent for marketing.
Retention
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until withdrawn.
